Winter-Grilled Cod with Peanut Butter Chocolate Infusion

Inspired by Roy’s on Maui, which changes their fish presentations nightly.  The peanut butter chocolate infusion is a modified beurre blanc.

 

Vanilla Pineapple Duck in Green Curry with Peppers, Apples, Dried Cherries and Bananas
